Quality control is maximal. I am the owner and I personally travel to the factory to inspect the chairs before they leave for our facility in Tennessee.

How was it quality controlled? First of all we had the Maxxdaddy Series of Heavy Duty Chair to base our next step of quality on. We had the problems solved. We had the specs improved through tracking documentation. We had our target customer base identified. Please forgive the mercenary sounding tone, but this is the only way to make sure what you produce is actually wanted by the consumer. So to make sure we had the chair we promised to our customers I personally went overseas and tested them myself. It was rather fun to drop it the chair from the top of a 2 story building. The producers were not ready for that. We used a crane to put the weight onto the seat. I beat the plastic components with a hammer. Okay seriously, we know where the steel originated. We know what the exact plastic makeup is. We know exactly what kind of fabric is used everytime a chair is produced. Don’t ask us we wont tell. Many others have p;roduced chairs that say they are as good as our original Koolest Products folding and camping chairs. The big retailers cant even beat the quality of those. You cant copy the Maxxdaddy line either. So they probably wont even make an effort to “knock off” our newest chair. I cant even come up with a name except “The Ultimate Heavy Duty Folding Chair.”
